The closest airport is Marrakesh Menara, both to the Central High Atlas regions east of the city and to the areas south of Marrakesh, including the Ourika Valley. Many of the better hotels can arrange direct airport transfers from Marrakesh on your behalf, though this may come at an additional charge.
