Fodor's Expert Review Seahorse Restaurant
The Constance Lemuria's fine-dining restaurant focuses on a compact and extremely well-executed menu of Creole and international dishes, such as slow-cooked red snapper with a breadfruit puree and truffle oil and braised New Zealand lamb shoulder. "Healthy" dishes, like scallops carpaccio with an almond crumble, are indicated on the menu and are fresh and delicious. Enjoying garden views over the 11th green of the resort's award-winning championship golf course, the ambience is warm romantic with its dark wood tones, candlelight, and open-air breezes. Great service and an excellent sommelier complete the picture.
