Editor's Note: This location is reported to be under new ownership and therefore this review may contain inaccuracies.
This tiny log cabin of a ski haunt, directly across from the church in Zermatt, draws an international crowd as soon as it opens its doors at 4 pm (sometimes as early as noon in peak season). They come for the extensive list of aged scotches and mixed cocktails. Light meals include oysters, escargots, and even a 115 SF plate of spaghetti with caviar and crème fraîche. The doors stay open until 2 am.
