This convivial restaurant and bar in the center of Chester has developed a strong following for its tasty pub fare. The craft cocktails served in the tavern's elegantly old-fashioned Brubeck Bar—the grandfather of the late musician Dave Brubeck owned a hotel in the area years ago—are named for classic jazz tunes.
