Fodor's Expert Review Delicias del Mar

Former television chef Raúl Madinagoitía presides over the kitchen at Delicias del Mar. The menu abounds with seafood delicacies, such as Peruvian-style ceviche and centolla magallánica (king crab from southern Patagonia). Oenophiles are impressed by the extensive, almost exclusively Chilean wine list. Save room for one of the excellent desserts, maybe crème brûlée, chocolate mousse, or cheesecake with a raspberry sauce.
