This hotel is set on a stunning, 48-hectare (119-acre) property dominated by native forests and biking and hiking trails. There is a lot to like here, beginning with the restaurant, La Fleur de Sel, which produces amazing, five-star meals using local ingredients, but with a French flair. The rooms are immaculate, attractive, and equipped with full amenities, but the matrimonial suites are the best. Designed for couples, they have river views, extra large Jacuzzis, and are a short walk to natural hot springs next to the Liucura River.
