Redding Municipal Airport (RDD), about an hour's drive west, provides the nearest commercial air service, with regular flights on United Express from San Francisco and Los Angeles. Most major airlines serve the airports in Reno, a 2½-hour drive, and Sacramento, a three-hour drive.
